You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The city tour, which started from Plaza de Armas in downtown Santiago, was very safe and enjoyable as I was able to see all of Santiago's diverse landscapes. I am especially grateful for the kindness of the guide.

Flight was late and delayed with customs and immigration. My driver, Jesus, was still patiently waiting although we were over an hour late. Great transfer to the hotel.

I booked an airport pickup - the driver did not show up. They are supposed to track the flight but there was no sign of him. I was the first through customs and waited for 2hrs. Numerous messages to the number I was given to contact and got no response. Finally got a taxi and was ripped off badly. I will get my travel agent to arrange in future
