Departure Point: Your driver / representative will be waiting OUTSIDE the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name on it.

  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The driver was super nice. But did not speak English. We reserved the transfer for 4 people but the company had the reservation as for two. After the initial confusion we all fit with our bags into the suv and were taken to our hotel.

This was our first time to Santiago. Gave them the arrival flight time and did not know it took over an hour just to get through passport control. Pickup company should have more experience than us and know that we cannot come out right after the plane landed. Kept getting messages that our booking will be canceled if we are later than hour.
