You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Absolutely terrible experience. The transfer simply never arrived, we had to look for another taxi at 4am in the morning, and almost got late for our flight. Both phones that were supplied during booking were unavailable. The company just sent a simple "sorry" message after that. And, to make things worse, this happened TWO times, with both transfers we ordered from them. Stay away! We're still waiting for our refund.

Our driver arrived a few minutes early to hotel and was eager to load our luggage into his van. The driver provided my wife and I a smooth transfer to the airport with sufficient time. The vendor sent a reminder confirming the date and time of the transfer a few days earlier. Excellent service and would use them again if ever in Santiago again.
