Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Absolutely terrible experience. The transfer simply never arrived, we had to look for another taxi at 4am in the morning, and almost got late for our flight.
Both phones that were supplied during booking were unavailable.
The company just sent a simple "sorry" message after that.
And, to make things worse, this happened TWO times, with both transfers we ordered from them.
Stay away!
We're still waiting for our refund.

Our driver arrived a few minutes early to hotel and was eager to load our luggage into his van.
The driver provided my wife and I a smooth transfer to the airport with sufficient time. The vendor sent a reminder confirming the date and time of the transfer a few days earlier. Excellent service and would use them again if ever in Santiago again.

We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
