- If a private tour is selected, the pickup service will be 5 minutes
before the actual tour time.
-If sharing tour is selected, the starting time will vary between 10-15 minutes
before or after the actual tour starting time
- Grace waiting time: 10 Minutes
- No refunds are issued for a no-show under any circumstances. If you do not turn up for (or are late for) your pre-arranged tour starting time, you will be considered a No Show and will not be refunded.

Amir was fanatic! Gave us such an experience allowed as to take all the pictures we needed and made sure to show us all the best spots and provide a small history lesson ???????? p.s. make sure you hold on tight

Our day out with Amir was great! Dune bashing was fun and I got to ride a camel! Falcon tours delivers at our pace and no pressure. A fun day.
