Chuckanut Bay Distillery is a true grain-to-glass distillery located in a beautiful historic building right in the heart of Bellingham. Our experiential tour takes you behind the scenes to show you how we convert locally grown grains into award-winning Whiskey, Gin, Vodka, and more. Guaranteed to tantalize all your senses! My wife and I did the Distillery Tour this May long-weekend and were greeted warmly by our bartender August, and distillery co-owner, Matt, who conducted the tour. We enjoyed tasty cocktails while Matt gave us a fascinating walkabout of the whole process from grain mash to barrel room. It was inspiring to hear of his passion for his craft, and vision for building his brand. We followed up with a fantastic dinner in their restaurant - the Queso Dip is TDF!! I highly recommend booking a tour to anyone looking for a fun time out in Bellingham. Cheers to Matt, August, S.J., and Sarah for hosting a great evening!

The tour was very interesting and informative. Was definitely worth the money. You can spend half that much on the two shots alone. No regrets ????
