    This tour ventures into the most haunted section of Edinburgh’s legendary Underground City, where a population once lived in utter misery. Black as Satan’s jammies, with a fascinating history to match, these vaults were forgotten for centuries and only recently unsealed. This part of the South Bridge Vaults is known as Damnation Alley. With good reason. These dark tunnels and are stalked by a malevolent presence known as the South Bridge Entity.

What a fun night with my family. It was very informative. Information I never knew about the city and the tragic events that took place within the vaults. Beth was great, very articulate and created an eerie atmosphere. She did a great job of keeping the group entertained and interested. Thanks Beth for a great tour.

It was amazing so funny and informative. Was really interesting and a little spooky. Claire was an amazing tour guide 10/10 a real good laugh and had a top notch Scottish accent.????????????????????????

The tour was fun and interesting! Ben was our guide and he was great1 He was engaging, a very good storyteller, and led the group well. He made the tales of history very interesting to listen to and made sure everyone in the group could hear everything he said. Solid tour under the vaults - not too short and not too long. Easy to walk it with mostly flat, but did have some stairs, just for information. Group was appropriate size. Another note - there was a glitch with our originally intended tour date and the company reached out immediately to remedy the situation and thankfully, we were able to still have the time to reschedule the tour. They were very professional, communicative, and responsive. It was much appreciated!
