Drive through the old town and through the unique history of Würzburg. From the magnificent residence, to the cathedral, along the Main and within sight of the Marienberg fortress. Everything is easy for you to admire from the train. You will also learn fun and interesting facts, old-fashioned and current, glamorous and possibly also cruel, romantic and temperamental about Würzburg and its inhabitants. On this tour you will experience the highlights of several centuries in about 40 minutes and can then explore the city on your own, join a guided tour on foot or take a trip on the Main e.g. to Veitshöchheim.

Enjoyable gently paced ride around the city pointing out the highlights, Informative commentary available in several languages via ( free to keep!) in ear headphones. We tried to get on without booking ahead on a Sunday afternoon and it was fully booked, so we did Monday morning instead. Ticket gets a free coffee at nearby restaurant. Starts and finishes to the right hand side of the the Residence by the ticket booth. Staff at booth spoke English and were very friendly
