Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

No need for you to walk anywhere because unlike taxis, trains, or buses, we have permission to enter the port area so our clients have the privilege of being picked up right by their ship.
All our vehicles and drivers have the necessary professional license and security clearance to access the cruise port.
The maximum number of passengers a large van can accommodate is 8. This size of vehicle is the largest permissible for accessing city centers and the cruise port of Civitavecchia.

1-2 Passengers - up to 2 suitcases and 2 small carryons
3-6 Passengers - up to 6 suitcases and 6 small carryons
7-8 Passengers - up to 8 suitcases and 8 small carryons

Excellent service. Thanks to our driver Giancarlo. We booked a transfer from our cruise ship to Rome for 9am. We got off the ship a bit too early. The taxi area seemed a bit chaotic. However we soon seen our driver walking around with our name clearly displayed. He was early which was great for us. He introduced himself and directed us to the car and also helped with our luggage. He was very smartly dressed in a suit, and the car was immaculate. A very comfortable safe drive followed. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

We used Rome Cabs to transfer from FCO to our hotel, our hotel to the cruise port, then our port to another hotel. All 3 times the drivers were on time, professional and courteous. It made getting our party of 7 around Rome hassle free. Definitely recommend and will use them again the next time I’m fortunate enough to be in Rome.

We used Stefano's Rome Cabs on a recent vacation and would highly recommend them. We booked a private transfer for our family of 4 and full luggage from the FCO airport to the Civitavecchia Port. We had a little mix up find them in the Airport but once we did that everything went very smooth. The vans we hired were all very new and air conditioned with professional drivers. After our cruise, we did a full day tour of Rome with Franco our guide. He was great, spoke English very well and was very flexible in our itinerary. It was truly personalized service, highly recommend him. We also booked a transfer the next day from the Hotel to the Airport and the driver was waiting for us outside ahead of time. This is a well run company and took care of us flawlessly. We will use them again when in Rome.

Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
