The driver was very nice and helpful but we were confused as to what we were expecting. The description mentions a audio guide which we did not receive and timed stops at specific locations. The driver repeatedly explained he can't just stop due to traffic and the police. Luckily he was able to find small areas to wait for us as we saw the sites but it felt very taboo. Eventually we saw all the sites briefly for pictures and he explained his passages usually have a tour guide ,he drops them off and picks them up elsewhere. The driver and tour company should clear up the miscommunication and provide audio guides as promised. He did go out of his way to find us some great Gelato. Very friendly and wanting to help considering the limitations of a very very crowded city...

This was the perfect way to see a lot in a short period of time! Marco picked us up right on time and made everything very easy! He accommodated our tour times and desire to do some shopping. Would highly recommend!
