Our guide was very knowledgable and concerned for our safety wherever we went. We saw a lot for just having one day in port to see Rome.

Very informative tour. The only downside was a lack of adequate time for lunch. Other than that, we had a lovely day!

Not the company's fault. The guide, bus and driver were very good. Big issue is that people who ARE NOT PHYSICALLY capable of walking the crowded streets quickly and keeping up constantly delay the rest of the group. Throughout our organised tours, this happened regularly, meaning the group missed out on sights, places and had to put up with whining of 'needing a rest', go slower' or in one case in Rome, the lady just sat down and virtually gave up for 20 minutes.
Happened in Rome, Mdina, Valletta, Pompeii
Needs greater emphasis on the need to be physically capable and that it is strenuous (for infirmed or older, less fit people). Very selfish of the ones who should never take on these trips.
