We did the Classic Bologna Tour with Mattia and had an amazing experience. We loved being in a small group, and Mattia shared so much local knowledge—not just about food, but also the history of Bologna, which we really appreciated. I’m a vegetarian and my partner is a meat eater, and Mattia made sure there were vegetarian options available for me. We particularly enjoyed the lunch at Osteria del Sole. Mattia went above and beyond, offering advice and recommendations for our holiday. I highly recommend this tour!
