Arrived and cked in, booked dinner in restaurant to be told dining room was full, walked through multiple corridors and took 2 lifts to get to our room, small with small patio overlooking Ardmore and bay. Then discovered it took 6 lifts to get to and fro to the restaurant back to our bedroom. No residents lounge… small area in bar and bistro to relax after dinner. Dinner in bistro very ordinary. Lovely Spa which we enjoyed! In my opinion not a 5* experience.
