We very much enjoyed the Safari 1/2 day wine tour. Our guide, Anna, was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining everything we saw and pointed out so much that an ordinary visitor would overlook. She eagerly answered questions and was enthusiastic doing so. Anna took us to Weck winery, owned and operated by the same family for 13 generations. The owner’s knowledge of wine and its production, along with his final product, was simply amazing. We had the best afternoon, and spending time with Anna while learning about the region she loves was the highlight of our time in the Alsace region. We are so glad we chose her tour.

The safari was a good break but not very comprehensive or informative. We had two instructors for different languages which is nice. However, we skipped many things and the English instructor didn't seem to know or care about many things. We didn't stop for lunch as described so had to stay hungry for long (they didn't even let us eat almonds in the car) and for the wine tour, we didn't see much variety.
