Overall this tour had a ton of potential and was well planned and well executed with stops at a waterfall, organic coffee farm, lunch & cacao demonstration. However, the guide Gustavo majorly detracted from the experience. He had no energy whatsoever and cast a negative vibe on the whole tour. Further, even though the tour was advertised in English, he repeated every single word in both Spanish and English which made it hard to follow and distracting. Just really got the sense he didn’t want to be there at all. Lunch was great though, and prepare for lots of walking!

This is Colombia so waiting on the driver for pickup was expected even though longer than it should be. Once we arrived our tour guide Gustavo took over and he was great. Our group of 17 was represented by 5 countries and Gustavo spoke English and Spanish to make sure everyone understood. Lot of walking and learning about the biodiversity in Colombia. The waterfall is really nice but underwhelming. Food at Jungle Joe was great and the Cocoa workshop was so much fun. My wife and I really enjoyed the experience.
