My recent stay with Natural Retreats in Park City, UT was a complete disaster. Despite the beautiful location, my experience with this company was a total letdown. First of all, the home was not properly cleaned or maintained. The bathrooms had mildew and dirty shower curtains, the sheets and towels had stains and frayed from overuse. To make matters worse, the communication with the company was terrible. When we arrived at the unit, the key code we were given did not work and we were left standing outside in the cold for over an hour before someone finally answered the phone and gave us a new code. When we tried to contact them about the maintenance issues and other problems we were having, we were left waiting for hours with no response; even after multiple calls. While very nice, it was clear that they had no idea how to address or get our issues fixed. In addition, the amenities promised on the website were not up to par. The hot tub was old and barely functioning, and the TV in the living room was so outdated that it was difficult to use. The wifi was spotty and slow, which made it difficult to stream movies or get any work done. Overall, my stay with Natural Retreats in Park City, UT was a huge disappointment. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will certainly never be booking with them again.
