    Close to Santa Marta, in Sierra Nevada's foothill lies the town of Minca. Famous for its dense forests, waterfalls, fresh climate, and coffee farms, this place will amaze you with all richness and tranquility.
  • Carrera 66, Minca, Santa Marta, Magdalena, Colombia
    You will be picked up at your hotel in Santa Marta to take you in a short uphill ride to Minca. Your first stop will be at La Victoria for a Coffee tour that will make you understand the special traits of Sierra Nevada's coffee and the difference with coffee from other regions of Colombia. Here you will be able to taste the flavor and get to know the process it takes to produce a cup of coffee. Enjoying the mountainous scenery of Minca, and the faraway view of Santa Marta you will have a stop for a delicious lunch. Afterward, you will go through the town of Minca to arrive at Marinka, a relaxing place surrounded by a dense forest and marvelous waterfalls. With just a short walk, you will be able to get as close as you like to the waterfalls and even bathe under its refreshing waters. If you like you may also rest at the large hammock beds while you enjoy the view of the place. Finally, you will return to Santa Marta to go back to your hotel.

We had a drive to Cartagena from Santa Martawith a stop in Minca. Our trip was fantastic and , our driver/guide Juan was above and beyond and a very safe driver. His love and passion for the geography and the animals of the area are outstanding. His English perfect. We went to the waterfalls in Minca and then had fresh French pastries. I can’t praise him enough. My best Irit Raz-McBride.

Absolutely amazing trip! Christian our tour guide was very knowledgeable about our entire experience. Such a beautiful day, lunch was wonderful! I highly recommend this tour!!!
