This tour is well worth it, with the guides giving it their all (including the demonstrations). You have to go for a swim - it’s a must - so wear sensible shoes!

Awesome tour, we got to swim at the Oído del Mundo pond/fall walk thru nature, visit local coffee farm and have good lunch. Highlight was Federico our tour guide, knowledgeable, funny, energetic who made our visit memorable. Kudos. Spanish tour only (I think). Cons: They hire local taxis to transport us to Minca from Historic Center. As a general rule, local taxis drive fast, carelessly and don’t know the meaning of Customer Service. The good part of the tour starts once you arrive at Minca.
