  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had a great experience, Oscar is an excellent driver and the car was new and clean. Also excellent communication and customer service, I even had an emergency come up at the last second and they worked on finding me a driver immediately. Wherever you are in Colombia, definitely work with these folks.

I missed my flight and had to reschedule for the next day. My driver was so nice and patient. I really enjoyed this experience and will book again.
