  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The ride is ok, but the boats that pick you up to take you back from the beach to starting point are always late or do not show up. our experience was really bad as the boat was not only late but it broke down in the middle of the river

Para mi fue una experiencia emocionante. El río es muy tranquilo y en la rivera se observa mucha vegetación, en los árboles micos y a lo lejos las imponentes montañas de la Sierra. Cuando llegue a la playa donde se encuentran el rió y el mar, me encanto ver que no existe ningún restaurante ni vendedor de nada. Solo un pequeño toldo donde vende bebidas. Es un lugar, aún muy silvestre. Ojalá así lo puedan mantener, sus habitantes y turistas que allí vayan. Casí que temo recomendarlo, porque puede significar un alto costo para la naturaleza que allí se conserva.
