I booked this late on a Friday night for the following morning, and the communications worked well and my driver, Feros, was in contact early so I was reassured of the booking.
The tour was fun! Tuk Tuk travel is like nothing else, and it’s amazing how it all works. Feros was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs as a first timer in Colombo, and he took care of all aspects of the activity. He took me to each of the major sightseeing attractions and as I was a single traveller he kindly took photos of me in a various locations and sent them later via WhatsApp. This was very helpful and has allowed me to share my experience with family and friends.
The tour ended, as with all these tours, with visits to shops where goods were demonstrated in the hope that I would buy. There was not, however, a very hard sell, which was a better experience than I have had before.
I was dropped back at my starting point some 3 1/2 hours or so later, better for my experience!
