From Stories of cat ghosts to window jumping guard dogs - You are sure to have an unforgettable Denver Colorado Adventure! The tour is about 1.5 hours and covers approx. 1 mile.

Sheila was an awesome guide. We came for a bachelorette party and had a great time. The stories are definitely spooky and the history is intriguing. Definitely book this tour if you’re in the Denver area.

We had Sheila as our tour guide and she did incredible! Very informative and we were very impressed with her knowledge of the mansions and history behind them. We had a real paranormal experience, my wife and I did not expect to capture actual orbs and shadow figures in our photos but we did!! I was a believer of the paranormal before but am a certain believer now. I captured atleast 8 different photos with real orbs in them. We had a lot of fun walking and touring the mansions with some real spooky creepy vibes with paranormal activity to back it up. Would highly recommend Sheila to anyone looking for an authentic ghost and history tour ????????

Great tour! Sheila was knowledgeable and made the tour engaging. She still gave the tour even though we were only two as the other person cancelled. Would definitely recommend.
