We had an amazing experience with our tour, Roberta. She was so kind, knowledgeable and entertaining to listen to. She took time to point out important parts of each painting and aspect of the Vatican. She got to know us and we felt so included. Highly recommend this tour to be able to see and learn about the incredible history.

Better communication for a start, guides that don’t just walk off without saying anything and guides that are accountable for their groups Our guide managed to lose five people by just walking off without saying anything then complained that the five audio headsets weren’t returned Her phone was ringing constantly, which she answered and we all could hear it through our headsets
