The tour was amazing. Me and my family had such a great experience. Joao is funny, kind, knowledgeable and good at accomodating everyone's needs. He definitely conveys the love he has for the island. The tour was the best experience we had on the island and it was totally worth every penny.

Our guide the 1st day was Diago and the 2nd day our guide was Joao. They were both very knowledgeable, friendly and each wanted to make sure our tour was accommodating. We never felt rushed at any of our destinations. There were 4 of us on the 1st day and 7 of us on the 2nd day. We liked that about the tour, small and intimate. They both made our 2 day tours very enjoyable. We would highly recommend I Go Azores!

An informative and very enjoyable experience - definitely recommended!! We are so glad we chose the two day tour with igoazores.com as we got to see all the sights we wanted to around this amazing island. Diogo, is a great guide. He has always lived on the island, so our trip was viewed through the eyes of a true local, and his passion for life and traditions on Sao Miguel shone through. The food at the lunches was plentiful and delicious and the various tasting samples were a bonus. Travelling in a smaller group was an advantage, especially at some of the busier places (eg the thermal spa)! Sao Miguel is a fantastically beautiful island! Tip: All the various tours of the Island do seem to sell out, so best to do your research before you travel.
