You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We booked our transfers in Melbourne and lost the paper work. This was no trouble for the bus company. The bottle of water was very appreciated. The driver was very nice.

This is a fabulous friendly no fuss way to transfer from Rarotonga airport to any accomodation. The personalised greeting at airport complete with beautifully scented flower lei and chilled bottle of water was efficient and very cost effective. Charles carefully stowed my luggage and then transferred me direct to accomodation-not a big bus so no repeated stops or sorting through luggage to retrieve the correct items. Thoroughly recommended
