  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Cancelled by the company at the last minute. They said it was confirmed, then canceled the night before.. It was cheaper to order a Taxi to the port

On time, friendly, came inside hotel with name sign which helped us know he was our shuttle driver. Easy to book on Viator. Confirmation received at time of booking and 2 days before pick up.
