We had a great tour. Hisham was very friendly and informative. The weather was awful but Hisham kept us all going with his great sense of humour.

Sam was at our meeting point early and he was very accomodating. We had some small children and he picked out a few places that the kids would enjoy seeing. We were on a layover in Copenhagen and had a very short time. We saw and learned more in 90 minutes than we would've done in a whole day on our own.

We were concerned, as our guide only turned up at exactly the departure time, and she did not answer her phone. However, all was good, and we had an excellent tour. Christel knew that we were under time pressure, as we had to catch our cruise ship . She took us to a good variety of sights and was very knowledgeable about Norwegian History and Culture. Kindly, she also took photos of us. We can highly recommend this tour and Christel.
