  • Boat tour- when your purchase the bus and boat combo, you must have the voucher exchanged on the bus at any of the stops before taking the boat tour. The boat tour ticket is for adults only. Children 3-15 will need a boat ticket, which is only available at the boat stop. The boat departs from stop 7 on the Mermaid tour (red line).
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The HOHO Bus experience in Copenhagen was excellent - we were picked up at our Cruise Ship and the Little Mermaid stop was right where the Shuttle Bus back to the Ship was located. We made a couple of stops in-between, and there was minimal waiting time for the next bus. Highly Recommended !

Horrible! Stops not clearly marked. Confusing!!! The ports for headphones were not working properly. I had to hold it in on an angle to get sound which kept cutting out and made it impossible to take photos. We have done a lot of hop on hop off in many countries and this was the worst! Only good thing was the nice drivers!

Pablo war super! Er hat uns alles erklärt und er war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Tour war interessant, es gibt gute Haltestellen und man kann alles sehen!
