Upon Arrival - Look out for our Meet & Greet Rep at the arrival concourse holding a signage with your name printed on it. You will be met and further assisted to your driver.

Upon Departure - Be ready 5 minutes prior to your pickup time. We will pick you up from your Resort lobby at the time advised to you.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had the pleasure to ride with Epic Transfer from Nadi to Pacific Harbour and back. It was a comfortable and pleasant ride with our drivers which answered all our questions about Fiji. I would definitely recommend this company, as it's also price competitive compared to its peers and Fijian owned&operated, which means the money stays in Fiji!
