My husband and I had heard this was a really great show so we wanted to go while we were in Córdoba. Unfortunately, when we looked into it, the only show started right when it was our kid's bedtime. We could have kept them up later and had them go (and they would have been free to enter) but we didn't want our kids to possibly ruin the show for others and/or scare the horses so we decided each adult would go on separate nights. We made this decision either the day of or day before and only bought tickets the day-off for each of our shows so selling out, at least on July 20th & 21st of 2022, wasn't an issue. Tickets were €16.50, a little pricier than other things to do in Córdoba but since the premier seats were €21.70, we felt like we were getting a deal!
I went the first night and my husband went the second night. Because I went the first night, I heard about how you can watch the horses & riders train for free at their stables so we did that the next day.
When I walked up at around 8:40, there was quite a line down the road. At 8:45pm, though, they very quickly started checking tickets and letting people in. Almost everyone had their tickets on their phones. It's stadium seating, so long benches with individual cushions on them. The show started a few minutes late and went until about 10:10/10:15 so their estimate of 70 minutes is pretty spot on.
My ticket from last year says I was in row B1, seat 18, which doesn't seem to appear on their site anymore. I was in the front row, on the right-hand side (if you're seated), one person away from the end, about where it says Row 1, Seat 16 is. I felt a little squished in there so I wonder if now they've made the spaces a little bigger, giving up a couple seats but allowing for more comfort/elbow-room...?
Anyway, for the actual show, I thought it was pretty awesome but was a little let down. I know it was at a horse stable but there were only maybe 3 parts that had actual flamenco dancers and that's a huge reason why I went. What the horses could do was amazing and impressive but I just felt, at that time, a little misguided as to what to expect to see. Still, the show was beautiful and I still recommended that my husband go the next day. He was more disappointed than I was but it's only so much his cup of tea to begin with!
