During this tasting, we will acquire the basic notions of how olive oils are tasted, learning the organoleptic differences of five different varieties of oils, we will know what their positive attributes are and we will learn to detect the presence of defects that these oils may present. analyzing the production processes from the field to the mill. At the end of the tasting, we will enjoy the tasting of different pairings with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Hemos tenido una experiencia sensorial del oro líquido cordobés en la Oleoteca y expandido nuestro vocabulario con palabras como Elaiologo, Aceite “Cosecha temprana”, polifenoles y antioxidantes, Almazara, y tipos de aceite. Muy interesante, Divertido y ahora…catadoras del Oro cordobes!!! Gracias MC!!!
