Duration: 2 hours Agenda: - Welcome at the Aquiares church (15 min) - Walk through the community and then learn all about coffee agronomy (30 min) - Coffee tour at the beneficio, coffee roasting and cupping (1 hour) - Visit to the shop and cafeteria (15 min) --> You will take part of our community during 2 hours! Have called late morning to see if it was possible to visit the same afternoon. No problem and at 2pm a passionate young man, native of the village explained everything about growing his Arabica. The culmination of a coffee tasting will be to prepare in the proper way. And this one you will remember forever, it will not taste the same. The visit to the plantations through this landscape is beautiful...

My partner and I went to Aquieres to learn more about the process of coffee beans. We were not disappointed! Andrew was amazing! We were met with humour, education, amazing views, and a new outlook on coffee and Costa Rica. We will never take another cup for granted. After the tour, we had three amazing cups of coffee and had the chance to guess the type of process given the flavour profiles. Strongly recommend going if you have the chance!!

It was very informative and fun. Learned a lot and the lunch was fabulous. I highly recommend this tour and we are not much on tours usually.
