Duration: 2 hours Agenda: - Welcome at the Aquiares church (15 min) - Walk through the community and then learn all about coffee agronomy (30 min) - Coffee tour at the beneficio, coffee roasting and cupping (1 hour) - Visit to the shop and cafeteria (15 min) --> You will take part of our community during 2 hours! We hebben een ontzettend interessante en gezellige rondleiding van Andrew gehad! Eerst hebben we in de kerk gekeken en zijn we over de koffieplantage gewandeld en daarna hebben we het hele proces in de fabriek mogen zien. Wij hadden geluk dat er ook een inkoper uit de UK met ons mee wandelde. Hierdoor waren we met twee koffie-experts op pad. Na afloop de koffie ook geproefd en die was heerlijk! Wij hadden deze ervaring niet willen missen!

Andrew our guide really made this experience special. He is quite knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. He has a calming presence. The tour isn’t just about coffee. It’s also about the fauna, wildlife, history and culture of the region and country. We learned a lot about what it takes to bring a cup of coffee to our morning breakfast table. The new cafe they built at the facility is also quite nice. Would highly recommend this tour and hopefully you get Andrew as your guide.
