When you arrive to Costa Rica at the Liberia Airport you will have to pass all the control of customs and migration area, then after that you will have to walk to look for you driver who will be holding your name in a sign. Ariel was on time and waiting for us when we arrived (even though we landed a bit early). Friendly and great service! Only gripe is that despite the Costa Rica Best Trips flier saying they take credit cards, they don't. Cash required. But we were told in advance so it wasn't a big deal.
