SPLASH YOUR ADVENTURE TIME! Costa Rica top 10 Tubing  Tour & Floating experience We will go on our Rainforest Limo to the Arenal River to star our activity.  After 5 minutes walk through the forest we arrive to the Maleku Village at the botton of  the Arenal River. Natives will perform a 10 minutes introduction to their culture, medice and traditions. After, we will take to tubs and hike 10 minutes till get to the river,  where we will enjoy the tubing adventure and have a short briefing about security. After a short walk, we arrive at the foot of the river, where the tubing starts. Then everyone gets his proper rafting “tube” to make the adrenaline in your body seek its way out, while you have to navigate through Arenal River crystal clear rapids. Had a great time tubing this afternoon. Sebastian and Junior were so welcoming and fun to hang out with. Some great white water to tube through and felt safe throughout! Would highly recommend :)

We had a great time river rafting other than the fact that we were told upon booking online that we only need our bathingsuits, towels, water shoes if we had them. I told the lady we didn't have water shoes and she said no problem. They pick us up and we get to their office and were told we can't do the tour unless we buy the water shoes at the store next store which we're $9 a pair. Then we weren't told we were going to be a full out hike through the jungle to get to the river. We had a 20 min. uphill hike on the way back also all while hauling our tubes to and from. The river tubing itself was only 1km and were only in the water for 45 mins. The rapids were really rough and we all flipped over at least once. We told the guy at the front desk we didn't have change and were paying in $. He said after the tour he'll take us to their office downtown to pay in dollars. After the tubing we get back to their office and the guy tells me we can no longer get change in $ only in colones. In the end they had to take us downtown to a bank to change money and played games the entire time. Tubing was great but don't recommend the shady business.
