  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • When arriving on an overnight flight, please ensure you book for the date you land.
  • A maximum of 6 people per booking
  • Any child under 12 years old, according to current Costa Rica legislation, must use a booster seat. Please indicate the age of the children to assign the appropriate device to their age.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I was concerned because our flights were 1.5 late arriving and they wouldn't wait for us. But he did. True Professionals

The driver was great he messaged us on WhatsApp and called the day before to confirm the time for the flight. He showed up about 2 minutes after we exited baggage claim and was able to tell us about thing to do in San Jose on the way to our hotel. Felt very safe even flying in at 01:30-02:00. Booked him for our ride back to the airport as well.

The driver was supposed to meet us in the airport as a meet and greet. Instead, we had to wait outside for him. We only waited a few minutes and the driver was nice.
