First time zip lining experience for 3 of our 4 family members. Definitely felt safe and the practice zip line at the start of the tour made us feel comfortable. Overall we loved the experience and felt safe. It was a large group but they kept it moving for the most part. The scenery was amazing. Our only comment is the guides gave our daughter conflicting instructions on where to put her hands at different platforms. At the top platform the guide would tell her to put her hands on the rope, no hand above on the zip line for braking. When she arrived at the bottom platform the guide told her she should have not had her hands there and she could have hurt her shoulder. Later on the tour that same guide told her to put her hands on the rope, not on the zip line. Even with this comment we would recommend this company.

Went with a wheelchair user. Staff super supportive and helpful. Went above and beyond to help my husband enjoy his first go at zip lining. Amazing experience - would recommend for others with disabilities as nothing was too much trouble for them. Very safe, very friendly and great fun.

My husband and I really enjoyed this. The staff was a lot of fun and made you feel safe. This experience only lasted approx. 1hr as we had a small group therefore were able to do all of the canopy's pretty quickly. There were 11 in total. I wasn't expecting to have to break on the canopy which was a little harder than it looks especially in the rain. They have a guy taking photos for sale afterwards which are reasonable priced ($30 for two people).
