In Eden Chocolate Tour you'll experience an hour and 45 minutes tour. A first part is held in our cocoa organic plantation where the visitor can see the cocoa flower, the cocoa trees, the fermentation and sun-dried process of the cocoa beans. A second part is inside the Ranch where the visitor can roast and grind the cocoa beans; also the conching and refining process of the chocolate. At the end, the visitor can make his own chocolate bonbons.

Our guide was wonderful and we really enjoyed our experience. It exceeded my expectations. It is a little out of the way compared to other chocolate tours but less expensive and well worth it.

Génial! Animation intéressante et rythmé dans un environnement magnifique. Nous avons adoré la présentation et création de nos bonbons au chocolat et la dégustation du chocolat. En bonus les oiseaux : colibri, toucan a la fin de l'animation. Merci Cesar pour ce joli moment.
