Terrible driver and guide. Great resort. Horrific and scary ride coming and going. Guide in a rush for propina but not good service. Motion sickness medicine recommended!!

Operador Marbella tours suspendió excursión a las 18 hrs del día anterior, por cierre de carretera que imposibilitaba ir a Arenal. Afortunadamente realicé este viaje con otra agencia , en el mismo día en que la tenía programada y no había corte en la ruta que impidiera llegar a La Fortuna y disfrutar de las termas en Baldi.

This tour was very fun, as you see many things and you get to enjoy the spa. The reason for a 4/5 is because the bus ride was very long and jerky. We ate lunch a little too early, so not many people got to eat much of their full plate of delicious food. I would I highly recommend this tour to anyone.
