The good news, our guide Rodger was great. Pointed out wildlife and a sloth on our return to hotel. Bad, unable to contact Destination Services by Er phone or internet phone to confirm pick up time. They did respond by email stating pick up was 50 mins later than tour began. (Adventure Arenal ended up being the local company) Kayak was jacked up, kept pulling to one side, guide said he didn’t know what was wrong. We ended up calling the trip, crazy trying to get our kayak in the right direction. Beautiful location just don’t use this tour co

The guide Faubricio was great. The actual tour is beautiful. The scenes are spectacular. I would do it again.
