  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Everyone NEEDS to do this tour. It was an 11 hour excursion with hiking, zip lining, giant water slide and the beautiful hot springs spa...not to mention the delicious lunch. Also a vigorous hike to an amazing waterfall. But the difficulty of the hike is medium but optional. Our guide Walter was fantastic! PURA VIDA!

We ran into friends of ours at the hotel and they told us about the Mega Combo Zip Line Tour. We were excited enough to book the tour. I texted the company and they booked us over WhatsApp. They even sent us a link to pay for the tour. Our driver, Jose' stayed with us for the entire tour and kept us moving along so we didn't get lost or left standing around. The Zip Line is the best part of the tour. I don't know why some people get scared. It's very safe. The water slide is nice but it might need a cushion to sit on while sliding down the chute. Girls have a God-given advantage. The horse back riding is also fun but not very long.

Wow! What a great tour! Santos was the best tour guide we’ve ever had. Lots of fun and laughs. And that was just the tour guide. The tour itself was an incredible experience as well. Everyone was so polite, and the facilities were clean. Great family outing. Would highly recommend this tour! You won’t be disappointed!!
