    The Adventure Tour starts with a short walk from the “adventure center” to the first canopy platform where, after a short briefing, the magic and exciting experience begins. this canopy tour is the only one in the country that takes you into a canyon over a turbulent river. Imagine yourself rappelling, rock climbing, doing canopy, Tarzan swings, and hanging bridges, all set in the majestic canyon made by the erosion of the Río Blanco during millions of years. This amazing tour will let you enjoy 12 cables “rides”, 24 platforms, 2 climbing walls, a hanging bridge, via ferrata rappel, swing seats and a lot of adrenaline. After lunch enjoys a horseback ride of 45 minutes through the forest till arriving at the changing rooms where we are going to prepare for the tubing adventure. After a short walk, we arrive at the foot of the Victoria waterfall, where the tubing starts. Then everyone gets his proper rafting “tube” to make the adrenaline in your body seek its way out, while you have to navigate through Río Negro´s crystal clear rapids.

Beautiful place, with many fun activities, and helpful guides. The activities are not for the faint of heart, but I'm not faint of heart and the guides cared very much about our safety. There was a precise schedule of activities that can be changed based on the weather. The zip lining was over goregous canyons with waterfalls, my horse did not like other horses but was nice to me when I rode him, I had never done tubing down rapids before, and we saw wild monkeys before getting in the hot springs and volcanic mud. I only wish the photographers included my particularly handsome guide in at least one of the tubing pictures

Nice adventure day for families. Not too extreme but too much for grandma. Very organized and we felt safe.

The Tamarindo Travel staff were incredibly friendly. My partner and I did the Hacienda Guachipelin one day adventure tour and it was fantastic. Our guide, Harold, was funny, energetic, and really made an effort to educate the group about his country and culture. We did the turtle watching night tour and got to see an Olive Ridley sea turtle nesting on the beach. Our guide, Christian, was very well informed about local wildlife and protecting the turtle habitats. We also used Tamarindo Travel for transportation to and from the airport, and they were very punctual and efficient. We highly recommend using this service if you're in the Tamarindo area!
