Our driver never showed ! The hotel had to get involved due to language barrier. The driver never reached out that there was an issue. They simply didn’t show and we waited an hour. We ended up booking another tour through hotel and are still waiting for our refund .
We should not only be reimbursed for what we initially paid, but the additional cost for the 2nd booking . There is cancellation guidelines that apply to consumers therefore the same should apply to Viator.
Lesson learned to never book online! Wait and let the resort help you book any offsite tours
