ONce you have cleared customs, right at the main exit our representative will be holding a sign with your name, He/She will greet and assist you to board your modern private van that will take you directly to your Hotel or destination in San Jose - Alajuela or Heredia

Greeted upon exiting the airport, drivers helper was holding a sign with my name. Driver introduced himself and brought the van around. Driven to our hotel and he pointed out some sites on the way. Great experience.

Our flight arrival was delayed by 7 hours and it was so easy to email to adjust our pickup. Our driver was waiting and easy to find. She was charming and shared her love of Costa Rica on the ride to the hotel. Definitely will use again.

One their inventory matches the pictures. They had enough room in the trunk space for 3 large 2 medium 2 small 2 duffels and 2 travel strollers. Driver was very nice and the inside was very,very nice.
