We had a great experience with Wilmer our excursion guide. He was careful driving. He was very patient as we were a group of 12 plus a baby. He guided us on how to climb down and up the rocks to the waterfall. He took our group pictures for us with no hesitation. Although we bought our own towels he got extra ones just in case we needed them. At the end of the excursion, my nephew left his Fitbit watch in the van and when I contacted Wilmer he responded immediately. They were able to find the watch and return it to the resort.
