The tour company we booked through picked us up in a van and drove us two hours from San Jose and an hour shy of La Fortuna. There we joined with all sorts of other companies and split into the various activities. We did rafting and zip line, other people in our van did canyoning and other activities. The lunch was really tasty and filling. We were picked up and 8am and dropped off at 8pm. I suppose the times vary based on what activities people in your van are doing. Some had to wait an hour for us to finish. The rafting was a highlight of our 17 days in Costa Rica!

This trip was amazing!!! The two guys who helped us were sooo nice and they even recommended us more activities to do when we come back to Costa Rica 10/10
