The guides were interactive and made jokes. We had a party of 6. The my were friendly and took videos for us. I would definitely book through them again.

Eduard and Nano were great guides and really encouraged our kids. It was the perfect level of adventure for a 5 and 7 year old- they loved the free fall and upside-down zipline. The day has been a central highlight and memory of their trip, as well as ours. Side note: we showed up without a reservation on a weekday- based on others' reviews. There was one group ahead of us but it was a reasonable wait in the shade of the forest. They were very accommodating, although I'm sure they prefer reservations so they can plan their day.

The wonderful ladies in charge were very professional and so likeable. The two guys were so funny and relaxed us during a fantastic tour. They speak English, Spanish, and French. We chatted afterwards. Great afternoon.
