From the very beginning, Randy was very helpful with organizing pickup/drop off and accommodated our Airbnb location pickup. Ivan was our driver during the tour and he was so kind and knowledgeable. We loved all the history and personal stories he shared with us. He ensured we had a great time the entire day and were able to see and do the things we wanted and even made special stops when we mentioned things we wanted to try!

The trip never happened! We booked the tour, paid for it, got the e-tickets and received confirmation. We ended up waiting at our hotel lobby for an hour and no one showed up!! I sent several messages from TripAdvisor and never received any reply from the tour coordinator. TripAdvisor operators phoned the tour company and no one answered. We did get a refund 2 days later, Thanks to TripAdvisor, but for this tour company, this is not how you do business!!

Our tour guide and driver were really nice and informative. The waterfall was really beautiful. I enjoyed the restaurant with the authentic Costa Rican food.
