Check for signs with your name as soon as you exit the airport. The driver did not stand in front of the assigned spot.

It wasn't exactly what we expected. We were contacted after arrival and told exactly where to meet. When we arrived at the location no one was there to meet us and did not answer the phone when we tried to call him. Eventually we found a person with our name on a sign outside of the designated pick up area. We were then told to wait 15-20 min for a driver. We were then picked up by a small, personal car with a driver who could not speak English. He did deliver us to the correct hotel and was a good driver. I had expected a more comfortable transfer from the airport to our hotel.

Driver was pleasant, on time, easy to locate at San Jose CR airport. Online communication worked well. No one answered phone from airport.
