I was a little concerned about some comments of being a “tourist money trap”… I usually like more natural experiences. But I was happily surprised about this place. It is a little bit like a zoo with butterflies, birds, snakes and monkeys and more. We got amazing pictures with a toucan which are rescued and were pets before. The hikes to the waterfalls are a MUST DO. Overall, we really enjoyed the place and recommend it :)

All the animals are kept in enclosures which prioritise visitors being able to see and take “nice” pictures of the animals at the cost of giving them a poor and stressful living environment. None of them are given a safe space to feel hidden or sheltered and the snakes aren’t even given moist hides to help them shed.
For the price they ask to visit the very least they could do is invest a fraction of their profits into the Animal’s Wellbeing.
If you do not care about the animals and all you want is a nice photo with an overfed and sedated toucan, Feel free to visit!

The gardens/ waterfall and animals are all amazing. Waterfall walk plus the walk down to individual waterfalls excellent…tip- walk back thru the Waterfall as it’s only 15 min walk back. The animals are amazing - whole place is stunning.
