The driver was there with her son and her little Hyundai car, not the van I paid for. Not water for weary travelers as was advertised. If we had one more bag, it would not have fit.

Me decepcionó el Hotel, estuvimos tres días y no pudimos reservar el área de cocina japonesa, para restaurant a la carta italiano tuvimos que esperar 4 horas y al final unas pastas decepcionantes, en el de mariscos nos cansamos de esperar aunque habían mesas vacías. No hay personal. Queríamos celebrar nuestros 60 años no habían detalles como antes. El hotel se masificó seguro por promociones de temporada., estábamos en unas sillas de playa nos levantamos un momento y un grupo bullicioso nos la quitaron. Hacíamos fila en el bufet y se nos colaban grupos. Muy pobres las actividades de entretenimiento. Lo único que nos salvó fue pertenecer a UNLIMITID VACATION CLUB. Con las ventajas de pertenecer a ellos el trato, bebidas y espacio fueron diferente.
