You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Polittan/RideCR could not locate my reservation for return trip to airport. Even though I sent the confirmation, they would not accept it and I had to buy another ticket which cost me $68+. And they had the nerve to include in that price a late charge! Otherwise, the drivers were courteous and good drivers.

It is better to call an Uber, it will be cheaper and friendlier, the driver spent the whole time grumbling (was it too early for him?) and I was left so far away from the main entrance with all my luggage. Never again.

No driver showed up and I had to catch a taxi. No one answered the phone or responded via WhatsApp or telephone. I waited for 45 minutes and no contacted me. We waited in the main lobby and no ever came
